Welcome to Milos-kids website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to this website and by accessing this website and /or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you may not access this website.
Payment
We accept credit & debit card payments on line via paypal. Goods will only be despatched once full payment has been received.
Returns Policy
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods by either email or telephone to obtain a returns code please include your name, address & order number. The goods must then be returned to us within 14 days. Please return the goods to us at the address below confirming your returns code and specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund.
If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods, so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of packaging.
You will receive a refund or replacement within 14 days of returning the goods.
Please return the goods to Milos- Kids...................................awaiting new address details.
Please note – We cannot refund monies if we have not issued a returns code, therefore please ensure you obtain a returns code. Returns costs are at your own expense.
We would strongly recommend that you obtain a “Proof of Postage” when returning items, as we cannot accept any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods being returned to us.
We are unable to process any queries reguarding orders over 60 days.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
Our policy on returns does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If the goods are received damaged then we will offer you a full refund or if you prefer an alternative product.
In such as case please contact us by phone or e-mail. Please note that you must notify us of any damage within 48hours of accepting delivery. When returning goods please enclose all the packaging, instructions, leaflets etc, together with a brief explanation of the fault. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods back to us as we would be unable to refund you the postage costs without this certificate.
In the case of personalised products or any item that has been made or ordered to your specification, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund on these items. Such items are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. If you receive such an item that has been damaged then we will repair or replace the product. Where this is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
